    I work with organizations of all sizes including businesses, not-for-profits, unions, and government organizations looking for help navigating complex workplace issues.

  • Do you offer bilingual services?

    Yes, for many services, I can work in both English and French.

  • What are your credentials to offer HR services?

    In addition to my experience in HR, I am a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and have pursued informal conflict resolution studies for years. I am currently working toward a Master of Arts in counselling psychology.

  • Can you help on short notice?

    Yes! My availability is designed to support organizations that need experienced help quickly.

  • Do you help individuals needing workplace advice?

    YES! I help individuals navigate difficult workplace situations. This includes accomodations, leaves, hiring and departures, or day to day workplace conflict resolution.

  • Do you offer virtual services?

    Yes! Most of my work is done virtually across Canada with flexibility to meet in person in the Ottawa region.

  • What is your pricing model?

    My consulting services are offered on an hourly basis, with the flexibility to provide project-based proposals when appropriate. I’m happy to discuss your needs and work together to develop a plan that aligns with your goals and budget.
